It’s amazing to think that yet another year has come to an end already and that 2018 is knocking on our doors. Let’s hope it’s as awesome as 2017, which was full of exciting events and campaigns to organize, interesting clients and projects to promote and some great new developments in the company.
Over the past twelve months, we have had the pleasure to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds including Radisson BLU Plaza Bangkok, the Asia Designer Platform, Bata, Linksys, the Indonesian Tourism Board, the University of London in Bangkok and Shiseido among others.
We also planned and executed several successful events such as Ericsson’s 5G Showcase at the InterContinental Bangkok which won a SABRE award, China Airlines’ 50th Anniversary Celebration, the inspiring Elevating Purpose Summit with Guillaume Gauthereau, the Biennial Business Information Industry Association Conference in collaboration with Dunn & Bradstreet, as well as the Thailand book launch of Forex trader Kenneth Kam’s best-seller Equilibrium.
Apart from these great projects, we have also seen some great development in the company. As the first and currently only independent PR agency in Thailand, we were invited to join the ranks of PROI (Public Relations International), an organization dedicated to promoting and developing excellence in the field of PR around the world. This has brought us valuable new connections and partners all over the globe with whom we have already had the pleasure to work on several fascinating projects this year.
Becoming a member of PROI was a highlight itself but it brought another wonderful opportunity our way: the organization and first-time hosting of PROI’s annual APAC leadership conference in Bangkok. In close collaboration with our partners, we put together this event at the Compass Sky View Hotel and welcomed leading PR professionals from all over Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Three days of in-depth workshops, case studies and presentations followed, giving us the chance to exchange insights and approaches to dealing with current issues and developments in the world of PR.
To end this event on a high note, we planned a dinner aboard the Geisha, a beautifully renovated junk anchored at Wat Bukhlao Pier, on the final night, the evening of Loy Krathong. We were delighted to share this magical moment on the Chao Phraya River with both some close local partners as well as the PROI representatives. For some photos of the event, please click here.
As this year comes to an end, of course, we are already preparing for the next events and campaigns in 2018. It is thrilling to have so much great work to look forward to in the new year and we are excited to make many wonderful things happen for our clients in the coming months.
We thank all our loyal clients, suppliers and partners who worked with us this year and have greatly contributed to our growth and success. We hope we did the same for you.
We wish you all a merry Christmas and happy and successful New Year!
