JUNIOR BUSINESS STRATEGIST    

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and ideas-driven Junior Business Strategist to join our multinational PR and integrated communications agency. 

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience (including internships) in strategy, marketing, communications, or research. You’ll support senior strategists and client teams in shaping campaign and brand strategies, translating insights into clear recommendations, and contributing to proposals and pitches. 

The right candidate is highly organised, confident with both qualitative and quantitative research, fluent in English, and passionate about branding, digital, and the evolving media landscape.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support the development of brand, campaign, and communications strategies across multiple client sectors
  • Conduct in-depth research and competitor analysis to inform strategic direction
  • Help translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, strategy presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, digital, creative) to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Monitor trends, cultural shifts, and market movements to help guide proactive thinking
  • Contribute to brainstorms, ideation sessions, and proposal development

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in strategy, research, branding, marketing, or communications. 
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and present data meaningfully
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Thai 
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with good time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with research tools like Statista, Google Trends, or social listening platforms
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Passionate about how ideas connect with people—through brand, message, and media
  • Culturally curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
